The cytochrome P450 (P450) arachidonic acid (AA) monooxygenase metabolizes the fatty
acid to a series of epoxy-and hydroxy-acid derivatives. Catalytic turnover requires NADPH,
and requires the redox-coupled activation and cleavage of diatomic oxygen, and the
